Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentzHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgentzHub provides a cloud platform for deploying, managing, and operating AI agents. We provision dedicated compute infrastructure so your agents run continuously without requiring you to manage servers or infrastructure yourself.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@agentzhub.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful or disruptive content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We use Stripe for payment processing. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

AgentzHub and its underlying technology are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content or data you bring to the platform. We do not claim ownership over your agent configurations or outputs.

7. Uptime and Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. Enterprise plans include an uptime SLA as specified in your agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentzHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your agent instances will be decommissioned and your data deleted within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or via the platform at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
